Pricing is flexible to fit the clients’ circumstances, approaches, potential and need for resources.
Generally prices are directly time and materials. They can be hourly, per-member-per-month, or various permutations of those measures.
We are happy to entertain value-based gain sharing agreements. A caution for using that is that often the gains are well beyond the initial client scope of possbility. We want to always avoid disagreements when it comes to gain sharing arrangements. Our organizational Vision is long term mutually beneficial client relationships.
